Deadlines are funny things. We don't like them, but they are necessary. Without a deadline there is no motivation to get things done. Examples: I'm trying to work on a novel, but since I don't have a due date for it to be finished, I put it off and don't work on it; I haven't worked on it in a while. When Rebecca starts working on the latest chapter of Anathema, I start writing the next chapter and I'm usually done by the end of the month, depending on when I start. Speaking of, I better get started on chapter 28 soon.

Bad enough when your adventuring party gets a prophecy. Then the mystical forces make a call about YOU. That will keep you guessing for the whole campaign.
